To get full control of the conference, the present and moderator should dial in over the phone rather than using internet audio. Use the Organizer code. After calling in to the conference number and entering in the Conference ID followed by the , the presenter and moderator need to identify themselves as organizers.
We suggest muting all attendees before the start of the meeting. Unlock the meeting. Click the people icon to open the menu with the unlock option. Identify yourself. You may want to change your name on the presenters list. This will help all attendees see who you are in the Attendee list and in the chat window.
